Beef Stroganoff – Tender strips of beef in a reduction of brandy and double cream served with rice.
Beef Madras – A fairly hot curry cooked with fresh chill, spices and tomatoes. Served with onion bhaji and pilau rice.
Tuscan Style Meatballs – Served in a tomato and basil sauce with Linguine pasta and freshly shaved Parmesan.
Chilli Con Carne – Lean mince beef cooked with tomatoes and kidney beans, served with rice, tortilla chips and sour cream.
Moroccan Style Lamb Tagine – Slow cooked lamb cooked in Moroccan spices with apricots and chickpeas, served with Cous- Cous and flat bread.
Lamb Rogan Josh – Succulent pieces of lamb in a medium spiced curry sauce with tomatoes, onions, coriander and spices. Served with pilau rice and poppadum.
Greek Style Lamb – Pieces of tender lamb marinated with red wine, garlic in a tomato sauce. Served with Polenta and flat bread.
Thai Red Chicken Curry – Pieces of chicken breast cooked in a coconut, ginger, garlic red chilli and basil sauce, served with wild rice.
Chicken a la King – Breast of chicken cooked in a white wine and cream sauce with mushrooms, red and green peppers served with Tagliatelle pasta.
Chicken Laksa – Breast of chicken cooked in coconut, ginger and coriander sauce served with egg noodles.
Chicken Cacciatore – Chicken breast cooked with Chianti, tomatoes and rosemary served with herb roast new potatoes.
