Glen brings over 25 years of rich experience across the catering industry - honing his craft in such establishments including the Swiss Cottage Hotel, the Bank of England, Associated News Papers in London, as well leading teams of chefs for prestigious regimental functions at the officers Mess in Inglis Barracks, Mill Hill. 

His culinary journey also includes working in seaside restaurants in New Zealand, to preparing fine dining for directors and famous dignitaries at Diageo in Park Royal.
